Although the change proposed to this JIRA address timestamp precision variation
and most cases are addressed, If files are written extremely frequently, it's
possible that some files are missed. This happens because files having the same
timestamp can be listed at later cycle as reported in NIFI-3332.
The issue can be reproduce by executing following command while ListFile is
running:
{code}
for i in {1..100000}; do touch ./test_$i; done
{code}
Separate PR will be submitted against NIFI-3332 to address this issue.
