@christophercurrie - With respect to a transition plan, I'm not sure
exactly what we need. I'll have to get back to you on that. In vague concept,
users who have built custom processors and custom controller services against
the existing API should have a smooth upgrade experience to the new one. I'll
try to work out a more concrete definition for 'smooth'.---
