Description: HDFS has a RESTful API called WebHDFS and SSL can be
configured on it. (It is called SWebHDFS.) Let's add documents for how to use
SSL protocol from HDFS processors. (was: HDFS has a RESTful API called WebHDFS
and SSL can be configured on it. (It is called SWebHDFS.) HDFS processors can
use WebHDFS but not support SSL Context Service. Let's support SSL Context
Service for SWebHDFS.)
