Aldrin Piri resolved MINIFICPP-42.

Resolution: Fixed
We had our CPP issue tracker converted to the appropriate workflow. I have
migrated the remaining issues over to that instance and things should be fully
separated. Please migrate or note if you see anything that is straggler.
All moved issues are appropriately linked from their original MINIFI-## issue
to MINIFICPP-##
