In [NIFI-4392|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-4392] a
`MetricReportingTask` was created, that uses different implementations of a
controller service for reporting the same metrics to different clients. The
existing ambari reporting task and datadog reporting task can be implemented in
the same manner - in order to keep things uniform and avoid duplication.
