[~phrocker] can you test the [civetweb-1.10 
branch|https://github.com/NiFiLocal/nifi-minifi-cpp/tree/civetweb-1.10]? I 
initially updated civet, but got carried away and updated rocksdb as well. I 
had to change some CMakeLists because both registered the "check" target. I 
also need to move the civet and rocksdb tests out of the "test" target, and the 
prevent the rocksdb tests from building in the default target. Other than those 
issues, it builds and runs OK for me.
