Like Processor being able to know if a node is being a Primary node by calling
ProcessorInitializationContext.getNodeTypeProvider() method, ReportingTask
should have the same mechanism.
This is required by use-cases where NiFi cluster wide metrics is reported by
Primary node and also per node metrics are reported by each node.
