In some dialogs (example, Controller Services Enable dialog), action buttons
with very different effects are positioned in the same location (in this case,
Enable/Cancel/Close) and change based on context. This is poor user experience
and can easily cause unintended consequences. I suggest moving the buttons next
to each other rather than re-using the same space. I have not conducted an
exhaustive search, but this is one that frequently bothers me.
