When enabling or disabling controller services, because of the hierarchical
relationship that can exist between them, it is sometimes necessary to disable
multiple services in order to edit the configuration values of one (example:
{{RecordReader}}/{{RecordSetWriter}} and {{SchemaRegistry}}). I propose
enhancing this functionality with some form of multiple row selection
(checkboxes, clicking in the row & highlighting, etc.) and providing "Enable
Selected" and "Disable Selected" action buttons.
I understand there may be some cascading issues, but as each service has a
reference to its dependents, the ordering should not be too difficult.
