Currently, GetTwitter only supports the public Twitter stream. HBC also exposes
the [Gnip Powertrack/Firehose|https://developer.twitter.com/en/enterprise]
streams. It would be useful to add these so that GetTwitter could be used with
paid Twitter stream subscriptions.
