Just FYI, I've started writing ConsumeAzureEventHub processor with
EventProcessor Host API. Confirmed that it can distribute partitions assignment
across NiFi nodes. Once I finished implementing remaining TODOs, I'm going to
create another JIRA and submit a PR there. Current WIP code is available here.
