    NIFI-3515: Added @EventDriven to PutFile

To test this, i created flow with GenerateFlowFile -> PutFile ->
LogAttribute processors. I configured the PutFile as EventDriven and ensured
that when the GenerateFlowFile processor generated a file, the PutFile
processor triggered and wrote the flow files, and that LogAttribute logged the
attributes on the FlowFile.
