As part of NIFIREG-45, the nifi-registry-security-api was simplified, included
exception types. New SecurityProviderCreationException and
SecurityProviderDestructionException types were introduced designed to cover
all security provider types (Authorizers, IdentityProviders, etc). This ticket
is to remove the usage of the old, provider-type specific creation/destruction
exceptions in place of the new types.
