OK, I see your point, makes sense.

I guess we could think about an "Arborescence" panel just like we have the 
"Navigate" one. We will need to ensure that authorizations are still enforced. 
In case a user does not have access to a process group, only the UUID of the PG 
is seeable. In the end the arborecence could look like:

* pg1
** pg1_a
** <uuid pg1_b>
* <uuid pg2>
** pg2_a

But IMO only the process groups should be displayed in this tree view. If we 
want to have more options as you're suggesting, a panel is probably not the 
best option.
