Also found while fixing the JMS processors a usage of a binary dependency
inside the jms-bundle/jms-cf. This needs to be removed even if for testing.
Dependencies of this kind must be sourced in another way and further there was
a lot of infrastructure code/etc.. all for facilitating what amounts to an
integration test. Removed offending artifacts.
