When adding a registry in the Add Registry Client dialog, if there are any
errors (missing Name, URL, or duplicate name), an Error dialog is shown. But
after confirming the error, the Add Registry Client dialog is no longer there.
All the valid information the user had entered in that dialog is lost and must
be re-entered.
