Description: The QueryDatabaseTable processor attempts to make a database
connection during setup (OnScheduled), this can cause issues with the flow when
errors occur. (was: The QueryDatabaseTable processor calls the
CreateDatabaseTable method, during setup this method is doing bad stuff in the
OnSchedule method.)
