When calling methods to retrieve versioned flows from the bucket_flows_api (
get_flow, get_flow_version, get_latest_flow_version, etc) the spec calls for a
bucket_id and a flow_id, however the endpoint returns the error "Invalid value
for `snapshot_metadata`, must not be `None`"
Presumably there is a parameter missing.
