Josef Zahner commented on NIFIREG-154:
--------------------------------------

Btw NiFi (1.5.0) behaves different regarding the
"nifi.registry.security.needClientAuth" parameter. There I've it enabled and
even though the login page appears - and certs are working as well. Would be
good to have the same behavior for this parameter on "NiFi" and "NiFi
Registry"...

> NiFi Registry never shows login page with LDAP authentication

>          Issue Type: Bug
>    Affects Versions: 0.1.0

>         Attachments: identity-providers.xml
>

> I've specified an identity provider in nifi-registry.properties:
>
> {code:java}
> nifi.registry.security.identity.providers.configuration.file=./conf/identity-providers.xml
> nifi.registry.security.identity.provider=ldap-identity-provider
> {code}
> The identity-providers.xml is attached as a file.
> I'm not able to see any login ui even if I try to open
> "https.../nifi-registry/login" webpage. I'm always getting
> "SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_ALERT". With imported certificate in the browser I'm able
> to login, so it's not a general SSL config mistake. Where/what is my fault?
> How do I enable the LDAP login?
