@apiri I assume most would arrive here via the ReadMe,but it doesn't hurt
to add a link. I'm on the fence about the review process. there are some things
that may not make sense to review. I was also hoping we'd find a better way
than bootstrapping.
Adding a pre-commit hook to alert to a new extension that should be added
is on the docket
