As a developer I want to build, tag and release to git, and publish the
nifi-fds package to npm. This process should leave the src/ directory untouched
and should produce any convenience bundled javascript or minified style sheets
in a dist/ or target/ directory and should leverage npm scripts to automate
tasks in order to accomplish this task. This process should be documented for
future reference.
