Resolution: Fixed
Reorganized the [Upgrading
NiFi|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/Upgrading+NiFi] section
of the wiki. The outdated document referred to in the Jira description has
been renamed to [0.x.0 to 0.x.0
Upgrade|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/0.x.0+to+0.x.0+Upgrade].
Two new documents have been added:
[0.x.0 to 1.0.0
Upgrade|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/0.x.0+to+1.0.0+Upgrade]
[1.x.0 to 1.x.0
Upgrade|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/1.x.0+to+1.x.0+Upgrade]
