Fix For: 0.6.0
We already offer a debian based binary build. Adding the .deb packaging step
would significantly improve the user installation experience by allowing users
on debian based systems to quickly install on their devices. This would also be
helpful to have for quickly bootstrapping devices like Raspberry PIs without
having to physically build on them which often takes a good bit of time.
