Proxy host and port properties are already available in
{{AbstractGCPProcessor}} but are only used in Google Cloud Storage processors.
It'd be useful to have the proxy support in Google Pub/Sub processors as well.
Besides, it'd be nice to add user/password authentication against the proxy.
