There are several features available on QueryDatabaseTable/ExecuteSQL for
configuring how Avro data will be written, and even how the schema will be
generated.
In order to move forward with using Record Writers as a drop in replacement for
existing functionality in these processors, the Avro Record Writer service
needs to support these options too.
