Added GPG Guide
Normally we just commit directly to the repository, but I wanted to get
some feedback on this guide. People who have little to no experience with GPG
will provide the best feedback, as this guide is designed to help them get
acclimated and started. Experienced GPG users are also welcome to provide
feedback, as I expect they will have more advanced critiques.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/alopresto/nifi-site GPG
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/nifi-site/pull/27.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
