Description:
Hive 3.1.0 saw many improvements with respect to performance, capability, Hive
Streaming, ORC support, etc. NiFi should take advantage of these by upgrading
the version of Hive in the NiFi Hive 3 NAR to 3.1.0.
Note that HIVE-12192 introduces a breaking change to PutORC, so NiFiOrcUtils
will need to be changed to use the new TimestampWritableV2 and DateWritableV2
objects.
