Create a QuerySolrHttp processor that supports executing a search against an
instance of Solr and returning the results in the flowfile. Ideally, the
processor should work similarly to the QueryElasticsearchHttp processor.
This processor would be useful in cases where it is desired to execute a search
during a flow and act upon the results. The GetSolr processor cannot be used in
these cases because it does not allow incoming connections.
