@mattyb149 That would be preferred if that is how they are meant to be
interpreted however unless I'm missing something with ascii-doc it looks like
you cant have an inline anchor that is just a number. They seem to get
rendered as [[1]] rather than turned into the anchor. However [[Note1]] does
get converted as expected.
I'm not sure what the best wording for that would be. Do you have any
suggestions most referencing schemes use numbers.
