Summary: Create known dynamic relationship strategies

Based on the discussions in MINIFICPP-598 it will be useful to deliver
knowledge of dynamic relationships. In doing so we can be prescriptive by
defining strategies of known dynamic relationship evaluation. Per [~aldrin] 's
comments, we can define a few known strategies such as "Dynamic Property Keyed
Map" or "Integral Mapping". These would defined an enumeration of known
strategies to the consumers and agents alike.
