There are times when it is accepted to not have priority and version in syslog
5424 messages, and the library has been changed to support this.
Nifi should update to the latest version of the library, and either:
Expose a Property for configuration of this ( I want this parser to allow no
deviations, or x deviations)
Just support the deviations all the time
