Also, it appears that running this version of Jetty with the updated request
replication model using OkHttp fails for any request that uses two phase
commit. Upgraded Jetty with the old request replication model using Jersey does
not have these issues. It's not clear what the cause it but there appears to be
some incompatibility. Between the new Jetty and how we are issuing each
request. They appear to just time out.
