This is a good idea. I could see certain fields being useful as references to
complete/prior details, such as agent manifest id being sent in place of a full
agent manifest on every heartbeat. if the server stores the agent manifest by
id, subsequent heartbeats only including the agent manifest id would still
fully specify themselves at a fraction of the data size.
