I set up a parameterized test that checks TINYINT, SMALLINT, INTEGER, and 
BIGINT with precisions from 1 to 64, both signedness: 512 tests, 94 of which 
fail. I'm not sure which of these that fail don't make sense.

* INTEGER fails at precision 9 through 64 only when unsigned.
* BIGINT fails at precision 1 through 19, regardless of signedness.

I've got tables with columns defined like so:

{code:sql}
  `LoginID` int(11) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',
  `DoctorID` int(11) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',
  `PatientID` int(11) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',
{code}

This leads me to believe that these are the columns that may be triggering this 
error in "production" ExecuteSQL. However, looking through tables that are 
succeeding, I see {{int(11) unsigned NOT NULL default '0',}} in those columns.
