Summary: Coordinator role change during message handling

A scenario may exist where the cluster's Coordinator role changes from one node
to another, while the node that was previously the Coordinator is processing a
message.
This potential issue has not been seen/reported as of NiFi 1.7.1. Steps to
create this scenario for testing will be added to this JIRA as they become
available.
