As part of my work on this, I also reformatted the Clustering Configuration
section by making the different topics covered headings. Will be easier for
users to find the specific Clustering info they are looking for in the Table of
Contents. Also re-organized "Dealing with Disconnected Nodes" into a new
section "Managing Nodes", which includes information on Disconnected Nodes,
Offloaded Nodes and Decommissioned Nodes.
