unfortunately because part of this was merged and another part was not this
needs to be resolved in 1.8.0 and needs to be a blocker. Discussions on making
L&N easier are good but belong on a separate topic. here, this needs to focus
on fixing any L&N issues. The nar(s), all nars, need to have L&N entries which
reflect their contents. Yes, this could to an extent be automated but there is
no such tooling today.
