Good point [~patricker]. I'd say that coloring should happen as soon as a 
single node is maxed out on threads - usually the primary node would use more 
threads than the other nodes. We have the details when going in the 'Cluster' 
view but the idea here would be to indicate to users that there could be 
something to tune / look at.
