NiFiRecordSerDe in the Hive 3 NAR derives from JsonSerDe in the Hive 3
codebase. The attribution was added to the Hive 3 NAR's NOTICE, but at the time
it wasn't associated with a release (as the release hadn't happened), and it
wasn't added to the nifi-assembly and top-level NOTICEs.
