When a FlowFile is penalized a user is only able to see that it is penalized in
List Queue and FlowFile details, but not for how much longer the FlowFile will
be penalized.
The List Queue details need to show remaining penalty duration, along with the
FlowFile details. This should replace the existing 'Yes' value.
