Summary: Export flow version from UI

It'd be nice to add a link below or next to each flow version comment to let a
user download the JSON representing the given version. Similarly, in addition
to the 'Delete' action for a flow, there should be an 'Import' action to import
a JSON as a new version of the flow. All the REST APIs are already available,
it's purely a UI improvement for a better user experience (in addition to the
CLI option).
