Per an email exchange with travis support it seems that we may not want to
perform 7.3 builds in travis. Not sure we need to, but it seems that the
software we use for deps is dropping binary support.

So it looks like what happened here is Homebrew no longer has a pre-complied
binary for that version of Xcode- it looks like it was discontinued due to age.
Since it's not finding one, it's trying to compile a new version from the
source, which is what's resulting in that timeout. I've gone ahead and
increased your log silence timeout to 30 minutes, but even that might not be
enough- since this was an upstream change that is unfortunately outside of our
control, the only real option here to avoid it trying to compile a new binary
from the source would be to switch to a newer version of Xcode.
Sorry I"m not able to do more here, but I hope this at least helps. Just let me
