In NIFIREG-211 we added the ability to upload and retrieve extension bundles,
but we still need a way to discover which extensions are in a given bundle.
NIFI-5859 updates the NAR Maven Plugin to produce a new extension descriptor.
The NarBundleExtractor currently extracts the information from the MANIFEST,
but needs to be updated to parse this new descriptor and extract the
information about all the extensions.
