This only happens when NiFi is clustered:
* Create a process group named "A" and save to registry
* Create a new process group by importing "A"
* Rename the new process group to "AA"
* Make a change to the original "A" PG and save v2 to registry
* Change version on "AA" to v2 and notice the name changes back to "A"
