I think there are a pair of mutually exclusive environment variables that can be tested to determine if we're SSL or not. I always try to start with a cute one-liner 😉 A better endpoint for a heartbeat is also fine. I figured the landing page is as good as any without an endpoint specifically configured to return detailed health info.
