Create a CDC processor for oracle. The processor should be able to capture the
change events from an oracle database, using the xstream api. Xstream is a
mechanism by which oracle dB make the redo log information available on an
outbound server. Applications can connect to this xstream outbound server and
access the redo log information for changes.
