Summary: Improve documentation for Kafka Service Name property

All of the Kafka processors have a property called "Service Name" and the
description is a bit mis-leading and says that it is a principal, when it is
really just the serviceName from the JAAS entry.
This would need to be updated with a better description in the following places:
