It would be nice to be able to switch flow persistence providers without losing
state.
Current documentation says that this is not possible:
"In order to switch the Persistence Provider to use, it is necessary to reset
NiFi Registry."
I think we should be able to support this via a nifi-registry toolkit that
reads from the old provider, writes to a new one.
