Summary: UI: When Special Privileges changes are made, user should
get acknowledgement that those changes have been automatically saved.

Current behavior in the User configuration sidenav, is that when any of the
Special Privileges checkboxes are selected, they are automatically saved. But
the user gets no feedback from the app that this happens. Other changes in
this window (changing the user name or adding the user to a group) prompts a
Success toaster message. We should do the same for special privileges changes.

Special privileges for this user name have been updated.
