[~bakaid] I've been thinking about what has been discussed on GH, and I'm
wondering if we need to have the ability to load dependencies in a synchronous
way at extension loading. We can formalize the interfaces to make this a key
aspect of it, so that if a failure does occur we can possibly disable an
extension and report on it.
We can certainly have a continuity of operations provision in the configuration
to dictate what can be done ( continue / fail ).
Do you have any thoughts on this?
